Isaac is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling and structuring of potential investment opportunities. In addition, Isaac performs industry research and financial analysis in support of the firm’s active sell-side and buy-side engagements.  Prior to joining Invision, Mr. Maddox worked in the Investment Banking practice at Duff & Phelps in their Chicago office. As an Analyst and Associate, he worked on a variety of sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions advisory transactions for both private and public companies as well as private equity clients.

Mr. Maddox holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University.
